MSFT is blaming corporate IT spending which is spooking the market. what they didn't say is that corporate IT spending for desktops, windows updates etc. may be slowing but not for corporate enterprise software that enhances productivity such as supply chain, e-commerce. i added to my ORCL today while the market remains weak.
