Hi Richard,

I'll go you one better. A couple of years ago I had to renew my drivers license which requires a new written test. Just to refresh myself I stopped into the drivers license testing facility on Collins ave and 81st. on Miami beach to pick up a drivers handbook.

Welll sir the handbook they gave me was in Spanish. When I asked for one in English I was told they were out of them. Wonderful ! !
