I was typing my prior post when you posted so I didn't respond to you there. Unfortunately, it is possible that Mr. Pappas does have his "act together"; after all, he was hired by directors who have demonstrated a primary concern that they cover their backsides. It would be heartening if some outside directors would come to the table so that we shareholders could have some confidence that someone is tending to our interests.
Subsequent events have proven that the company's technology and customer base warranted our investment, but the management did not.
