Just want to fire up this old story again. I understand that Syncronys is soon to release its loonnggg awaited patch for its Win 3.x and Win 95 SoftRAM product. During a web search the other day I came across a sort of Home Page for the company. All it shows is the company logo and an invitation to contact it through E-mail. Has any one heard anything more about the conspiracy to short the stock and whether there is any potential for this thing (currently at $2.50/share) to take off? After all it is still (jan '96 edition PC Mag) the number 2 selling software product second only to Win 95. (this info is from a survey as of Oct 95) Still, with earnings of $0.29/shr in the first qtr. and at least some revenue in the second (ending31 Dec 95). Plus a new launch of the "patch" in ±2weeks Can it rebound??? Any thoughts are appreciated. Bill C.
