cnet rnwk msft sunw csco among many others hitting year lows. This could be bottom fishing territory... Earnings warnings making headlines. Could be setting up for a rate cut. Anyone see a half point? Spoke with an interesting economist today (yes that was an oxymoron). Gave a good argument why we will NOT get the drop in rates, but agrees a neutral bias is in the cards.
