Petz,

Re: <<< do we have any idea what Intel's cost basis is on GSPX (GSPN?), LNUX, NUAN and NUFO is? >>>

Sorry for the late reply to your post. I've no data regarding the cost basis on the stocks you requested. As far as LNUX is concerned, Intel invested in ViaLinux just before its IPO ($25?).

While searching for Intel cost basis on GSPN, I found this interesting GSPN tidbit on the net -

" In connection with our private placement of Series A preferred stock, which was subsequently converted into common stock, we agreed not to sue Intel Corporation for any violation by it of our patent rights. This agreement
terminates if Intel Corporation sues us for any infringement by us of its patent rights or Intel's ownership in us is less than 1% of our outstanding capital stock. This agreement not to sue could enable Intel Corporation to compete more effectively against us. "

<<< Also, I asked a few questions on the Intel reports a while back.

I've been looking at the Intel 13F-HR forms filed with the SEC. (These report holdings of Intel Capital on a quarterly basis.) Why do they only go back to 3/31/99? Is any older info available?
>>>

I've no idea.

<Why are there a bunch of them for prior quarters re-issued in April 2000? >

It looks like they re-issued these just to correct some errors. I compiled some key data from all the 13f-HRs listed by Intel, and I noticed the re-issued ones had just some minor changes in them from the original ones.

Hit continue, and sort the list by form type.

What is "Intel 64 Fund LLC" anyway. Looking at its composition, it looks like a 401K investment fund offered by Intel to its employees. I'm leery about this fund containing a small chunk of AMD shares.
