Hi Yaacov, I've been about as good as the rest of the country. Broke and waiting for this election to finally be over. You lovely wife is right, the man with the most votes will NOT end up in the white house. That's our system though, the electoral college votes not the people. What I think they (the electors) should do is vote in the guy who won the popular vote. They can do that but only with the threat of being jailed because they did not vote with the party they were supposed too. I'd love to see that happen. I know, I just love to cause trouble. My state is one of 2 states that can split the electorate sent to congress. Our election wasn't even close so all of ours are republican. They talked to one of them on the news the other day and she was saying that all the upper up's in the REP. Party had called to make sure she was really going to vote for Bush. Cheney himself even called her. If we have to have a Republican in the white house can't we at least have a decent one. I would have voted for McCain. He was OK. He'll give Bush some trouble!! Bush scares me. The 'do what you have to do' comment he made to Gore after Gore took back the concession phone call made me wonder. He better get a better mouth brake installed by the time he's sworn in. Yes, everything here is frozen. We are in for a land blizzard tomorrow. 1st one in 100 years. That should be interesting!!! We had a thunder and lightning storm here today. It was very heavy sleet (ice chunks) and lightning. That's only the 2nd time I have ever seen that happen, in my lifetime.
