tony, most tech stocks are up well above what they were a couple years ago. you're point? my point is that for each share purchased at the lower value, 10+ shares were purchased near the top, thus a HUGE net loss. my point is that stocks are STILL overvalued and waiting to drop. MSFT grows eps at 6%... that used to command a whopping 6-10 pe (do the math!). sure, msft isn't in silicon valley, however, si companies are valued with similar insanity. my point is that $1,000,000 for a 40 year old rambler with a small amount of land isn't gonna stick. you're dreaming if you think it will. man, the stock bulls run away when i'm screaming valuation fire, now i'm arguing with real estate bulls (this time its different, all over again). i don't tjhink it will end until joe 6 pack is totally broke from rank asset speculation.
