Afraid not. It's years of meddling in the market by government that has caused this entire problem. Why are 2 governors meeting, instead of two bankruptcy receivers? Because, having created this in the first place, these "representatives of the people" now want to get into the electricity business.

Californians should be made to freeze in the dark until they stop electing morons. Where are the nuclear plants that would have been on line by now???
