... maybe so, but in late 2002 or 2003 MAYBE ... are you serious ... I do not care if the FED 'drops their pants' next Tuesday, rate cuts of even a gross magnitude will not put off a recession of some substance in 2000-2001 ... theories, theories ... give us a break ... puleezeee ...
