The current situation has pulled me out of nine months of lurking.

I predict the WCOM acquisition of ICIX stock will go through as planned and shareholders of ICIX will receive a minimum of $15.52 per share with a possibility of even more.

WCOM 12/15/00 closing price $17.4375 X .8904 = $15.52

This deal is good for all parties. That is why the deal was inked originally. The only thing that has materially changed is the current market climate and that was allowed for in the agreement. That is why they use collars.

If this deal does not go through NOBODY will negotiate with WCOM.

Most importantly the deal is good for everyone. Market conditions are depressed and the Delaware ruling will quiet the grumpy DIGX contingent. They are living in the stock market past.

If you got in today or yesterday, with a little patience you could see a double. By patience I mean weeks not months. It is in everyone's interest to get this done.
