MAXM is stuck between a rock and a hard place. If FDA is wrong, then MAXM's management and regulatory personnel are dumber than dirt.

Those are the choices..... (1) FDA is correct (easy to disprove, MAXM, produce the documentation!!), or (2) MAXM's management and regulatory personnel are dumber than dirt.

It's a REALLY bad reflection on a company when investors are praying that management and regulatory personnel are dumber than dirt.
