The new mgmt who replaced Proudfoot et al should respond. I notice that the new CEO when you phone him does have voice mail. Further examination of the new deal with the financing for the pay down of the loan also seems strange. It mentions that the new member of the board is also an insider of the corp that lent the $$ to pay down the loan, with shares. Not quite an arms length deal perhaps?? Changes in mgmt. means a new direction and this should be shared with unit holders. One of the weaknesses of income trusts is the voting to indicate displeasure.
