Corel to sell its Linux arm

zdnet.com

I hope in the long run, AMD will fare better than the MeeToo NVDA and MeeToo but free MSFT.

This reminds me of a vendor on a Linux show who was "selling" some tool for Linux and promoting open source code.

The vendor had 2 types of licenses for their product. 1 was open source code, which meant, if a customer used the product of this vendor in an open source code standard, the license would be free.

But if the customer sold their product and not adhered to open source code standard, they would have to pay. A friend of mine asked the vendor what would happen to his company if the open source code became popular and all their customers jumped on it. He said "We would be in big trouble".
