Tom, when folks like JPM put out a price target, it usually means a minimum
target - the upside can easily be much higher (and often are the case). The
value of the JPM recommendation is never in the price target, but just the fact
that their ultra-conservative research department have concluded that
a BUY recommendation is due, and there is very little if any down side.

On the other hand, this is a two-edge sword. JPM could easily down grade
IOMG next month. IOMG price will drop, more institutions get in, then they
will put out another BUY recommendation. Remember, JPM don't work
for us little investors.
