No need to belittle people joe. And it is not stock split 101.

No belittlement here my frozen honey-bee friend. stock splits are pure and simple.

Let's see if I can state is as simple as simple is without all the ex-date, due bill date, etc. (that's the company and broker's lingo)

If he/she has a stock in account THE DAY before it trades post-split, he/she is entitled to the split.

Would that sum it up wayne?
