Oh moderates, is it? Are you guys gonna try or not? I didn't notice "moderate" in there anywhere, but it's early and I haven't had my coffee yet. I didn't notice a hint of the concept in there either. Just the SOS bringing up Falwell in the first paragraph. Who cares what he has to say? This is not about being moderate. It's about party. Dems want dems to co-chair committees, to split committees evenly. They don't want Bush to pursue conservative values. So this is the start of the fight, claiming to want to be buddies, to get along. Let's see if we can predict the chorus in 2 months. This is not hard either. "The old meanies don't want healing and reconciliation. When we offered them our hand in peace they didn't give us anything we wanted." Dems would never do any of the things they are asking for. It is April Fools, but nobody is buying it.
