Does your "maybe he did" imply you consider that he might have disclosed to Gore's side and they would have not seized the opportunity to bounce him?

If so, grow up, I might respectfully suggest.

Perhaps you think he disclosed, maybe, to someone else?

To whom, do you speculate? The other judges?

Is that the standard way to disclose? Not to the parties to the dispute you are judging, but to your colleagues?
