James: That was exactly the quote that I saw in the company's quarterly report released on the wires a few days ago, word for word. I would say that this REVEALS the two or three year delay, it doesn't EXPLAIN it! What is the cause of the delay? Is there a technical problem? What about the buses that were supposed to be shipped soon to Chicago and B.C. Transit? Does this mean that Ballard can't ship them? Or does it mean that, if the customers do get them and like them, they won't be allowed to order anything for several years? And since when has the North American market for ANYTHING been considered a "niche" market? Is this announcement truly innocuous, or has the market gotten so used to Ballard's puffery that people automatically assume that bad news must, somehow, be good news?
