Oh, come on. There are some other things to add to the list. Insurance fraud. Embezzling. Income tax invasion - on a gross scale, I don't mean valuing your donated underwear at $2, which is just kind of cheesy. Bribing public officials. Taking bribes. Blackmail. Extortion. Shoplifting. Bank robbery. Grand theft auto.

I think what you mean is that you don't hold so-called "victimless" crimes against them.
