Sudan: An attack on a supposed chemical and biological
weapons plant in Khartoum resulted in the destruction
of Sudan's only pharmaceutical plant. The attack killed
two innocent bystanders and leveled the factory which
subsequently was determined to have only produced
health products.

The reasoning for the above attack was even more disgusting. To deflect attention from the Monica Lewinsky "National Crisis". Must have been their time to die.
