Jim - Re:"That was mainly just more crap from a sour grapes liberal attorney" It is satirical and punishing. However, there is nothing but truth in the parts about what the Court ruled. As the guy said, read the opinion if you don't believe it. The conclusions contain the part that is hard for the right to admit. The part where the court said this ruling is good for this case only -- don't use it elsewhere -- is a real shock and absolutely true.
