Ed What are your thoughts on the enterprise value here. I kind of worked it in reverse. What I like is the tax loss carry forward. It would seem to me someone could swallow the whole shooting match and end up with the retained defect for free. The Costa Rica site looks to me too large a project for a company this size. Deep pockets are needed and these folks don't have them. Many of companies you and I both follow are starting to face paying taxes soon. Your thoughts? Scott
