People who lose in court always think the judge was biased, or the other side cheated, or the jury was stupid. If you are a litigator, you know that. Naturally, the side that won thinks the judge was wise, his lawyers were great, and the jury was unbiased and attentive.

It's so subjective. I hope you continue to advance your political agendas guided by the principles of making the country a better place. If all you want to do is hurt Dubya and the Republicans, I suggest to you that your time could be better spent.
