You may be right--> "Monday could be another capitulation day, I wouldnt bet on the rally. There are to many expecting it. COT short 86,000 contracts. I guess they arny expecting much of a rally." sharelynx.net However, the NDX COT has been trending UP since the beginning of June: sharelynx.net And, the COT for the OEX has just turned UP strongly since the beginning of December: sharelynx.net The future is anyone's guess!
