I post seldom but consider myself an unsophisticated lurker: but I brought this up before the last rally. Everyone is looking for the FINAL capitulation but what if that does not happen in a V shape? What if it is a series of rollercoaster rides where the mutual fund investor slowly has enough and finally gets off the rollercoaster? Just because the past few were V shaped, there is not evidence where this will not be a 73-74 scenario. During that period of time, ( yes I was a novice investor then), there was this slow water torture type of move down.
