From Signal Watch:

This is a momentous point in the market's history. We had
an election conflict that appeared to be depressing stocks.
Conflict resolved, stocks drop. That tells me a lot. It
says that the market is really worried about earnings. And
the fact that we did see a drop after the good news is
going to undermine investor confidence. I understand an
interest rate cut may be in play for December. That would
certainly help.

But, as we drop through support after support, the downside
risk becomes greater. What we will be doing in here is
what we always do - watch for a higher low to form, and for
signs of a true recovery rally. Until then, we are Short
and making money on the continued bear market.
