The list of suits against HIM PERSONALLY during the early days is a mile long, some of which he hasn't settled yet. Never in the history of the internet has there been such a pathetic excuse for an executive. I have to give him credit though, he managed to suck nearly a billion dollars of cash out of INSP stock before he left town. Absolutely amazing how much he stole from the investing public. Staggering.
