This USA that you and I live in has the most lawyers
per population size of an nation on planet Earth.
There is a reason for this, and its why most all folks
come to America in that from where they come from their
government controls their physical and mental movements
to a degree of control that they have no ability to counter
or question of fight them, especially in a court of law.
Has the USA "over done it" with lawyers?
Yes, in the same way with freedom of speech etc.
Freedom has to be for all folks,
else those in power will determine which folks have freedom

Wrong Bob, since freedom to act in a court of law
is granted to everyone able to access it, some folks
who can be described as bad or misguided have the ability
to force you to defend yourself, and at the very least
you will have to spend time & money to do so, and in many
cases even if you win that battle and leave the law arena
with no lines on your record sheet, that you have been there
accused and found innocent carries with that a possible that
you were guilty but not enough evident was found or proven
to reach a non innocent verdict.
America is littered with broken persons who were either
at the wrong place at the wrong time and got associated
with "trouble", and also those who stepped on certain toes
that a "sorry" was not accepted.
Bob, you confuse me. You know its a tough world out there
where the honest and truthfullness attributes of people
can not prevent them from paying a price falsely.
Don't go or complain about those bad boys doing wrong
unless you are willing and able to counter what you would

To suggest that a good person only use good stuff

Yes, but the good side also used legal stuff
that you view as not good, so you may question
them in a manner of speaking, but to suggest
that they stop using legal methods that have
a taste or appearance of "not nice/good/correct"
can result in you pee'ing into a strong wind.
Would you be willing to be punished wrongly
for a crime you did not do knowing that those
who can help you do not because you will not
let them use legal but "not nice" stuff?

Seems they hope that with keeping vampires away

divided with 1/2 having
Trinidad Hottest Hot Fire Red Habañero Pepper
and other 1/2 having
Ass Kickin' Pickled Garlic with Habañero Pepper
with a side order of
Dynamite Dill Pickles Hot Jalapeno Garlic
except when he has a "hot" date that evening
as the HEAT of GATA
plus his "born with" stuff
is enough
except for those times
