Dear Tom: I have seen few spiritual struggles as fierce as the struggle for Tobi's life. Two weeks on a respirator from pneumonia. However , all of our prayers finally prevailed. She is off the respirator and beginning to talk again, eat again, etc. I am sure she will recover fully so lets just count our past prayers as sufficient for her continued recovery. If there are further prayers necessary I'll announce to the thread.
Her husband is a Messianic Jew and I feel that this may be an explanation for the fierce struggle. Satan is able to effectively use those that feel their religion, or traditions , or prayers to God or Alla, or good works or deeds is the way to salvation.
We , however know that Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. Interesting that Christ used that sequence. If the Jews will study the layout of the tabernacle, in their own language the outer entrance is translated THEWAY, The entrance into the inner chamber is THETRUTH, and the final entrance into the Holy of Holies is translated, THELIFE.
But they, to this day, deny Christ when the evidence is so irrefutable. But lets say that we do not find Christ , He finds us. If you are looking in the evidence pile, you will never find enough evidence to convince yourself. Most , of those looking are so caught up in the evidence they do not even consider that someone is tapping them on the shoulder or knocking at their door the whole time , and that happens to be Christ himself....so if your name is Rubin or Rabin , Lauter, or Karp, or Goldberg, or ends in stein you may find this thread on a search and think it is coincidence; but let me ask you sir or gentle lady is your front door or back door chime ringing right now as you read this ---try to pass that off as coincidence.....In HIS name..JESUS |
