RD - I think you also need to check your facts - from all accounts, internet ad spending keeps going up - by something like 50%+ a year

- who better to benefit than the #1 portal w/ 180 million viewers?

- p.s. - I do think ad rates may fall. But overall spending, by all articles I've read, is increasing & continues to do so.
