Unfortunately, I don't see any evidence that the technical downtrend is reversed. I've indicated my opinion that I see a lot of potential in this issue, especially at these valuations. Guess it just depends what your investment horizon is.

Near term - DITC is still going down.
Longer term - this is great time buy.

I have quite a few shares already, but if it gets to anything around 15, I'll double my position.
