Bill,

I believe that it could turn out to be good news. PHXS is simply expanding services that they already provide to smaller carriers. IR says they hope to generate $50 million annually from this within the next two years. While not the kind of revenues we seek, it all adds up.

I think the company is trying to move beyond the BS stage and into
a viable entity. Obviously, just my opinion.
