Gary, I have similar feelings as you after listening to Stewart. I know he does say all the right things but it may be too late for this puppy. I just don't know if there will be anyone left to finance them in decent terms any longer. At the same time, I am still quite impressed by him and he appears to be the right person to rescue Franklin from Frank's blunders. To hear "shareholder value" is, indeed, quite shocking and welcome. He appears to have the focus, discipline and operational experience to get this turned around. It will be interesting to see how this develops... I am holding on for now. If Stewart gives up I will give up and I am mentally prepared to decorate my bathroom with worthless FCM shares<g>. FWIW George
