VSEA lawsuit dealt another devastating legal set back! Discovery in the near two year old Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk fascist SLAPP lawsuit is to resume as no trial date has yet been set. A list of deposition notices is in preparation and will be published here and elsewhere as a public service! I am driven to keep you the public - you the investor informed of the latest SLAPP news!
