sl - This 3GPP group has been around for some time beavering away with hundreds of people involved. What have they achieved if all that Q has to do is refuse an invitation to give away its IPR? I don't mean to be facetious. I have read papers from this group when links were posted a few months ago and they looked serious. The question is are they serious or not? Best regards, L
