Nothing subjective about that. Her object was to create Gore votes, so all her actions were objective. -g-

But you're right. As soon Gore picked up 500+ votes in Broward County recounts, his only chance of a legitimate win would have been to have the FSC throw them out and include Broward in a legitimate recount that passed the laugh test. Since Gore didn't really believe that he would win such a count, he couldn't agree to risk losing the existing Broward count and used up too much time to revisit that decision.
