Earlie,

Do you have any thoughts on what is going to happen to US treasury rates? I have been rolling my cash in short term treasuries and of course missed the recent capital gains on the long term instruments. I am not convinced that inflation is dead and the long term instruments should be a buy at much lower prices. Also the other risk is the foreigners cut and run which should send the prices lower.
