Glen, I do not have any other information about ERLY or TOMM other than what is available in the filings. I call many of the shell companies, but these two I have not. For more information about the two shell companies, please see the following links on our web site: shellstockreview.com shellstockreview.com ERLY-Richard Surber has been involved in many shell companies. I will probably look closer at this company after the reverse split. TOMM-yes, it has a lot of debt and will take some work to get it cleaned up. I probably won't look to close at them until they start to attempt to clean it up.
