Hi William and all,

I don't know about UPR policy, but I stake gas pipelines to many producer wells. Tight holes are not uncommon. When a well is considered "tight", we as surveyors, are not even allowed on the location. Even land and mineral owner's are not allowed any production information. Reasons for tight holes are varied. Could be zone information, competitor conflict, leasing of surrounding areas, etc... I do know one thing, when a hole is considered tight, there will be no info released until they are good and ready.

Hope this helps
