Dave: I saw a WAS chart on CNBC. Obviously I'm not the first to wonder if this might not be a great opportunity. Better never than a little too late, I think. Oh well, I plan on watching how this unfolds, though. I was considering Morrison Knudson several years ago, when I saw Agee's name. I rarely remember one key individal from another, but I had seen charasmatic incompetent break another company. With more experience, I might have shorted. Instead I just went to the next company on my research list. There may be a lesson that Mr. Agee missed: Adding huge debt while business is slowing can be a bother. Regards, Paul
