That's a completely different issue than the one I responded to. I think the states need to get tough on the issue of illegal ballots. I read recently that Maine has more voters on the rolls than people over 21 in the state. It's a different issue. The problem with Republicans and Democrats is that neither has any constant philosophy. Each has an amalgamation of issues, win at all cost is the essence of their philosophy.
