Wrong! McNealy and management are not stuffed shirts resistant to change as the name and companies you mentioned. They understand change and thrive on living with it. I suggest you read "High Noon", The inside story of Scott McNealy and the rise of Sun Microsystems by Karen Southwick for Upside Magazine Published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
