Oh it's happening, it's just not being talked about. Banc of America already stated they have to write off some 8 billion in bad loans already. I think it get's A LOT worse before it get's better. I also think AG can see this too, and if he doesn't at least throw a band-aid on the situation now, he's going to have a corpse on his hands. I still think we will rally till mid-February because all the bad news is already factored in, but the real damage won't occur until next year, when the financial sector collapses. AG can either start the exstinguisher now, or just poor more gas on the fire. It's in his hands. Never before, has this man had to deal with such adversity, let's see how well he takes the heat if he DOESN'T lower rates. Remember, this guy is human too. He's been the so-called hero up until the last 6 months, let's hope he hasn't fallen asleep at the wheel.
