It appears to me that LU was ditching a part of the business that was acting as one of them there old perverbial anchors. If LU doesn't want AV, why should I? AV's products are essentially their voice products like the Definity PBX. These were once cash cows. They are losing money now. I see the trend continuing in this direction.
