Marshall, reviewing stock after stock, I can see almost none without insider sales within the past 30 days and some are selling just as fast or faster than CFLO.

I ran 3 dozen or so off the top of my head, and found NONE where anyone was buying at mkt price.

I only found two that had gone a significant amt of time without an insider sale. EDIG's last sale was February and Greg's SIRI was last August.

But I keep looking... Aha! the CEO of OPWV bought 1/4m shares at $43.28 on 11/30....on its bottom-most day. KDE has had no selling since August. RTHM insiders bought through Oct and have not sold since. SMTC no sales since late Sept.

Some small purchases of PTEC in Nov. NTRO getting some acquisition options exercised nr mkt value in Nov. Here's a good one: PSIX getting late November buys.

No sales of INFT EVER. NSM last sale 9/20. AMD no sales since Aug.

AMK acquisition in late Oct.

I've now looked through about 100... this shows an underlying reluctance of insiders to jump on board. Perhaps it indicates the lack of belief that a bottom is here yet.
