David, Thanks for the info you posted...it reinforces my belief that DRIV will not only survive the upheaval in dot-coms, but will thrive in the years ahead. I bought my first shares shortly after the IPO, and have traded in and out some, but still have some of the original shares I bought. At current prices I think the stock is a buy, with pretty strong upside potential over the next year. I'm looking for the proverbial 5-bagger in a year from here, but that's based on the concept that as the economy dips, ESD may actually get stronger. We'll have to see how that plays out. Thanks for the posts...very informative...time to buy IFCI back again, so maybe I'll see you over on that board as well. jbk
