TG....

One of the people who I've gotten into the
most fights with on SI has been Anthony Elgindy
also known as Anthony@Pacific.

I undug all his past SEC violations, and every
negative article I could find on him. I even
posted his NASD records that included an assault
charge on it when he was 18 for which he was
NOT convicted. I also got calls from people
who told me a lot of undocumented information
and who had legal claims against him.

Tony had a very colorful past primarily
that occurred in his mid twenties. My posting
his NASD record got me "permanently" tossed
from SI about a month before Tony.

Tony got readmitted, but while I was
away I got accused of all kinds of wild
untrue things by Tony's zealous followers.

Partly due to Tony's efforts, I was allowed back on SI
with "super duper extra" probation by SI Bob. In
so being readmitted I was told I could address
the false accusations being leveled against me
by Tony's followers.

This link is that post to the A@P thread.

Tony and I had exchanged info before, but after
my posts we had a lot of pleasant private exchanges.
He even explained to me what prior mistakes
in his life led to his settlement that included
a recent short incarceration in a minimum
security prison.

Now I relay this not to say that Tony is now an angel,
but I do believe he learned from his mistakes. Anyone
who has been through civil or criminal litigation
has EXTRA effort and motivation NOT to run
afoul again. Certainly there is residivism, but
there is also a lot LOT more reasons to run the straight
and narrow so as not to incur either the mental stress/
aggravation or the financial costs having to defend
oneself against charges, especially when they're not
true or as bad as described.

Now I have pointed out to you that Bruss was not
found guilty, and the SEC wouldn't settle or have
as had such protracted legislation if there case
was as strong as the various reporter's reports.

I also pointed out to you that the settlements for
Vogel, in the context of the business world,
were very mild, even the ones in Maricopa County, Az
plus also allowed Vogel to continue business with
greater clearer required disclosures. Again
the reporter's report in my opinion appear like
more tabloid sensationalism in lieu of the remedies.

So you already know my positions on these matters,
yet you harp upon them incessantly as if any
one with any blemish is disqualified automatically
without the slightest redress even if per legal
definitions they were not even found guilty.

TG you sound like you live in a Kafka novel.

Regardless, getting back to Tony. If there is one
person whose trading I wish I had emulated and who
has been the most prescient on SI, it has been Tony.

I have witnessed the hypocrisy of your revered hero
Zeev in action pumping crap like what use to JENA
(or some symbol like that)
for trades with his pseudo analysis. This company
wasn't even reporting ,which wasn't required at the
time, and had a bs b-model. Yet there was Zeev buying
w/o any of the concerns he had for companies that
have to report all the things that some companies
don't want their shareholders to know.

The whole death spiral floorless debacle was a self
fulfilling prophesy imo that a non-reporting company
wouldn't have had to endure, since the fearmongering
again imo induced the panic and sell off which, in turn,
increased dilution.

Moreover, some claim to have evidence that those
who converted the most shares were actively supporting
some "bashers" to drop the price to create more
conversion shares. One of these bashers was supposedly
actively recruiting.

If you look at the registration statements
you'll note that the group with the most conversion
shares was "Basic Investments" which was a holding
company for Bernie Deutsche. I was made aware of
a couple unsavory things Deutsche did, and I trust the
people who conveyed to me their accounts of
what transpired.

But again that is all in the past, and unlike you
I believe some people have many more reasons to
learn from their past mistakes, then be so foolish
as to repeat them.

Maybe that's just a difference betw. our world
view or simply my attitudes are just
a manifestation of my Christian beliefs.

I see no point in debating with you
any further on this issue.

Have a good night again.
