I just don't get it. The market has done nothing but tank for months and you and several other people say we haven't had capitulation yet. Just doesn't make sense to me. Maybe capitulation has already happened but it was done over a period of time instead of one day. One thing I do believe is that if the FED doesn't do something positive Tuesday we will most certainly get your capitulation. All of us have our own opinions but I am in the camp that the FED must lower rates this week. Next month looks like a lifetime away and it could do some serious damage that would take years to undo if they don't step in. I think just a change in the bias would be a slap in the face to America and the world. Of course they have slapped us so many times the past year that most of us have iron jaws.JMHO dawg
