Hi ahhaha; Great post. I wonder what the eventual changes to corporate structure and stock market regulations will be from the fall out of the .com & tech crash. One of the things I'd like to see is much easier ways to replace management, as well as the abolition of poison pills. I don't know anyone who still believes that the typical corporate management has the shareholder's best interests at heart, or the employee's or nation's for that matter. A lot of the time it doesn't appear like management has their own best interests at heart either, but they always seem to lay themselves off last... -- Carl
